Sophie has been absolutely brilliant and delivered a 5* service along with a great support team. There were no delays in answering any questions we had, and really explained all of the process and turnaround times to us. She definitely goes above and beyond, checking all documentation to make sure there were no costly mistakes. We cannot recommend the company enough.

AMAZING! Getting a mortgage has been a long process for us but Sophie was there every step of the way. She advised us on what we should do from the word go, she was constantly checking our eligibility and was always there. We now have a mortgage and our first home, this wouldn’t have been possible without Sophie so thank you! Sophie was always at the end of the phone / email, replies were almost instantly, the whole process was made very clear, she even stayed in the office late to work around our working hours. Once we were in the house we received welcome emails to check we were settling in okay which was a lovely touch! We can not recommend Sophie and the Wolsey mortgage company enough. Thank you again!
