Waited a few weeks with my new car before posting this as I wanted to give a fair review. I was looking for a particular make and engine size and had tried a couple of dealers before coming to Gems but had been unimpressed. Gems knew exactly what I wanted and were able to to supply it without patronising me (cos im a girl) The car is perfect, runs beautifully and was within my budget. Haven’t needed the warranty so can’t comment in that but can recommend Gems for service and quality.
