Love this place..fantastic selection and go to place for both everyday and presents zz

Tis what it is...all shops the same with nothing in any particular order.. plus the long long long aisles are a pain..

Yet again another store selling Christmas decorations in the middle of August. It's still summer time not winter. I usually go shopping at this store three times a week will not be going back .

Large b&m shop nothing much else to say, parking can be annoying now the new aldi has been built but otherwise no issues

Got what I needed but much preferred the town centre store. It has closed down and is allegedly moving to another location in the town. No sign of it opening soon. Today's visit was marred by long queues at checkout. Busy Saturday afternoon and only two checkouts open.

Loads of space I never feel cramped in. Huge rage of products. And reasonably priced. It's hands down the best B&M in Teesside. Just moved into a new house, and well, the misses drag us out. Plus, there is a huge car park outside, and it's free.

Great well stocked shop, however, long queues down the Isles with only two checkouts open and the lady on the till would not qualify for an Aldi till job - work that out for yourselves!

Good B&M store, only complaint would be it could be a bit bigger but holds most products.

Lovely big store. Loads to choose from. I'm disabled and visited whilst visiting family. But reason for the 3 stars. Because I had a carer with me and kept hold of me . We got followed by security. We only managed 4 aisles. As I was in to much pain. Went to the check out ans wow. The cashier most certainly should of taken the day off. I asked her to take it slowly as I couldn't pack and my carer wasn't the fastest as she was holding me too. Nope we practically got snarled at. Items flung at us. Paid and then we still had a lot of stuff on bottom of check out. She tutted looked at next person said hello which we didn't get ans started scanning . We had to practically throw everything in a trolley. I could understand if they were busy but it was extremely quiet and 3 tills were on and 1 was empty other only had 1 customer then the end checked was me and 1 more customer that's it. I left feeling like I'd just been in aldi or lidl but with a robot serving us. Wont be going to that store again. Shame as lovely big store.

Big store with great offers, great choice. Free parking. Big aisles so you don't feel crammed or rushed when there is a rush hour. This is why I love this store specifically. It is a bit further away but the choice and the experience always win me over.Well done. :-)Little minus - some junior staff need further training in friendliness from more senior staff, but otherwise an amazing store. Keep up the good work.
