Great service with a smile. I must say I was impressed with the service I received this evening. Millie was as patient as could be. I went to collect an online order, which didn't fit. 7 pairs of trying different sizes and styles later, she was still smiling. Offered for me to come back if when I got home, I had doubts with my new purchase. Impressive. Professional. Pleasant. Patient. Amazing service. Thank you Millie.

Only stock one of each size of shoe at a time because of health and safety. Will order other sizes but you have to pay upfront before trying. Disappointing.

Great staff and I mean great.Couldn't do enough for me. My size wasn't available but they ordered me a pair and said that if I didn't want them it was ok.Shoes arrived in a few days and were perfect. There was a sale on but not much in my size but good reductions.

Perfect service, a really enjoyable experience for my 2yo getting her feet measured and coming away with 3 pairs of shoes. Great stuff guys!

Horrible treatment of the staff towards the clients and new collegas. Snapy, always adressing you on a high iritated voice, rushing you, refusing to help you further if you do not go with their sugestion. Unaware how to do a refund when the payment was done by apple pay.If you have a car, drive straight into Clarks Lincoln.My children are literally scared to go back into the Newark shop for pimsoles.Despicable!!!!Used to be lovely there, now it was a shock!!!!

Very good covid measures in place with hand sanitizer outside the store and an attendant on the door.Staff were very friendly and helpful but....Felt like I was being sold a used car - every niggle my child had with the (only) pair of shoes she tried on, (only because that was the only choice she had) the assistant had an answer for. Felt a bit like the hard sell. They've also got an offer on for NHS staff as a thank you for our hard work- 20% off BUT you can't use it on children's shoes because there's no VAT on kids shoes. Urgh!

This should be a 1 star review, but went up thanks to the lovely Chanel. (Would have given her 5 stars but didn't want the awful service received at the start to go unnoticed on a 5 star review!)Took my 3 year old daughter into the Newark branch for shoes today. My daughter has 'issues' with getting new shoes and finds it very distressing for some reason. Today I had talked and bribed her into picking a new pair. She actually sat and took her shoes off and went up to the assistant lady new shoes please" and went to pass her her old pair. The girl looked disgusted and took a step back

Went in for a pair of shoes for son. Sat waiting for ten minutes on sofa because assistant was busy..she looked at us but when she has finished went over to a couple who were browsing and never asked us for assistance even though they walked in after us!!..What did she think we were waiting for? a bus? Walked out as so ignorant.
