Had a problem with a dead mobile phone. Phone was worked on but not financially worth repairing. Their policy is no fix no cost. Very pleasant man behind counter. Shop located at bus stop on station side at Elm Park.Worth visiting if you have any IT or phone issues and they sell same.

Not much atmosphere as we were there for an early lunch

Took a crack led screen in on iPad, said it would take 2 hours after never calling me and me having to ring them all the time to be told they had mess it up and it need a brand new screen after taking it back twice it’s still not right...after 18 days finally got it back because I had enough and said I wanted it back now! home button don’t work, battery life takes ages to charge the screen isn’t great at all. Now in all of this I need to go and buy a new iPad. Wished I had never done there in the 1st place.

Very helpful neighbourhood printing shop. 20p per page. Value for money if you need a hard copy but do not maintain a printer.

My phone stopped working so I brought it to them. They said they needed a couple of days to check what the problem was. They ended up keeping it 10 days and every time I called to check when it was going to be ready they said they would call back the next day (which of course they never did). They finally gave me the phone back, all they did was change the battery. I paid for it, went back home and quickly realised the phone's battery drained within an hour without me even using it. I brought it back. They said it might be another issue and to leave it with them. Again they promised to call me the next day with an update. They never did and I had to keep chasing them for the next 5 days. I finally went back to pick it up as they said it was ready only to find out they changed the battery again. I tried it in the store and it didn't charge even though the employee there claimed it did. I asked for my money back as nothing had been fixed. They didn't want to give me any money and tried to negotiate with me to refund me half! I explained that unfortunately nothing had been fixed after more than 2 weeks so I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't done. They ended up refunding me but said they never wanted to see me in their store ever again. There was no need to be rude, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE. DON'T BOTHER, THEY'RE SLOW, NEVER CALL BACK AND RUDE.

Absolutely wonderful man runs this place, so helpful, genuine and knowledgeable, he has helped me with all my technical problems and given me great advice

Awful service we was mucked about over a week .and all we needed was a new screen .he then decided that he couldn't fix it .and also said he had been to busy to look at it properly. Beware of this shop

Brought my Samsung as the screen was cracked fixed it at a fair price. Also changed the battery as the battery (let's just say exceeded its shelf life)Greta service
