Clutch cable went in the middle of Persley roundabout, Chelsea arrived and got my car loaded in no time at all.Her wealth of knowledge is unparalleled and was able to answer any questions I had regarding non recovery related car issues.She called to let me know she was on her way, was super friendly + fun and also picked up on other issues the car had *straight away* including a bald tyre.Would highly recommend Chelsea @ Kinnons and anyone requiring an efficient high quality recovery service in Aberdeen & outwith.Thank you so much guys :)

Beware of untrue low ‘estimates’ which then rise when work begins !!Disappointed with the service provided by Kinnons. After recieving an estimate of £194 for 4 glow plugs replaced, this value suddenly increased to over £450 following vehicle drop-off.Work has since been completed by another local garage who stand true to their estimates (£230).Was also forced to pay £70 diagnostics fee in order to move the vehicle to another garage, despite the wildly increased estimate.

Tyre puncture near Ballater. Great recovery service, we’re taken to Banchory but a really nice chap. I left my sunglasses in the van and he kindly delivered them to us . 5 Star service Thankyou

Recovery service following every software warning light coming on in car which rendered it immobile. Prompt and polite service, was very helpful and good communication.
