Ordered a part which when it turned up wasn't the actual part requested but the entire unit it sits in but when I rang to explain, it was me in the wrong, they came and collected the part but still had the decency, ( joke), to take £78:00 off me for the privilege of looking at the unit, thanks mcphee for your wonderful customer service.....
