Above and beyond.The service Ruairidh provided exceeded our expectations in every way, both in the run up to the wedding (with advice on timing and photo locations), and of course on the day itself.The photos are simply wonderful, capturing the ceremony, ourselves, and everyone in attendance, all backed by the spectacular highland scenery we chose Glencoe for.Highly recommended!

Amazingly professional and beautiful shots. Ruairidh took a collection of photos for my airbnb and I’m blown away by his eye for detail and how he used the light effectively to make my space pop. The only thing I worry is that my space looks better in the photos than in real life!

Ruairidh took anniversary photos of my husband and I and he did an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE JOB! All caps doesn't even do it justice. He went above and beyond, helping us to take handfasting pictures (and learning some traditional knots), taking us to multiple locations so that I could get the fairy tale Scottish natural setting of my dreams! He even took some headshots for my husband to use for work, which was added on. On top of the amazing customer service, his approach and manner set us at ease and made us comfortable with having so many pictures taken. He also intuitively understood the vibe my hubby and I have with one another. We love to laugh and tease and joke and he captured that spirit perfectly. He caught us laughing a bunch of times. Best of all, our photos are ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. They are romantic and fun and everything we wanted them to be. I can't thank him enough. I promise if you work with Etive Photography you will be SO glad that you did!

We had Ruairidh do our wedding photography in October 2022 and we would highly recommend him. From the moment we first reached out to him, everything felt highly organised, friendly, and transparent. He provided a full price list and breakdown of services which was so beneficial for us trying to plan our finances for our special day.On the day itself, Ruairidh kept things so relaxed and light hearted, and at the dance afterwards we hardly knew he was there, blending in with the guests and taking so many high quality photos that we will cherish forever. After our wedding day, he spent time with us helping to choose the best photos for our physical wedding album, and organised its delivery (and was incredibly patient with us as we spent far too long making our decision!).Overall, I couldnt recommend Etive Photography highly enough. Ruairidh photographed our wedding on 7 June, 2022. We travelled to Scotland from Canada to elope, and we got so lucky to be able to have him as our photographer. He immediately made us feel comfortable, and he is the perfect balance of friendly and professional.
