Lola's Cupcakes Birmingham

I called and spoke to a Chinese lady . She was extremely unhelpful and rude ! I’ve never used Lola’s before and was the first time calling for information . Based on this experience and first impression which was horrendous I wouldn’t use them again ! However after speaking with customer service I was greeted by a lady who was very helpful and informative. Infact the lady I spoke with at the Bham store gave me the wrong information - which nearly turned my business away if I hadn’t escalated the call to Katie whom gave me customer service number ! (There was no manager available apparently ) Bham store clearly need a manager at all times for issues like this, as it’s evident after this poor service not only in poor mannerism but lack of product knowledge that they need more training ! Awful first impression - actually feel let down and disappointed

Love Lola’s cupcakes, placed many orders, Cakes are always fresh and taste absolutely scrumptious.

We wanted a cupcake sundae, but we're told that for the second time, the ice cream machine wasn't working. This is what happened last time we came, disappointing. Staff were friendly though, and the service was good. We had a slice of red velvet cake. It was moist and delicious.

Lolas is simply awesome. The cakes, muffins, cheesecakes and other treats are great. The staff here are brilliant.Will be back. Sooner than they think! Lol

I absolutely love Lola's Cupcakes! Their cakes are simply amazing and I always use them for special occasions and birthdays. The taste and quality of their cakes is truly top-notch and they offer a wide range of flavors to choose from. However, I do think that their prices are a bit steep and could be considered overpriced. Nevertheless, the quality of their cakes more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Lola's Cupcakes for anyone looking for delicious and high-quality cakes for their special occasions.

The best cupcakes I ever had! Although on a bit expensive side but definitely worth every bite. The only down point is , they’re always sold out! Maybe because I go late around 5pm but just always a let down when you’re craving a vanilla cupcake but it’s not their fault.

Having never ordered a cake online before I was slightly concerned. No need. I ordered the naked victoria sponge and it is the nicest cake we have ever bought. So fresh and the sponge was amazing. We couldn’t collect on the day we wanted so had to opt for delivery and the service was excellent. I have had so many comments telling me how lovely the cake was. I will definitely be ordering again!

Delicious cup cakes. The cheese cakes were great too. A bit pricey but well worth a try. Staff were friendly and professional.

Had cheesecake which was amazing coffee was lovely, coffee was served with a metal spoon, what let it down was cake was served with a thick plastic throw away fork, when mentioned to waitress said they were using them because it was so busy and needed to wash up. I really don't think this was true, seemed like this was normal. But service was very good, definitely would go there again.
