Water tank issue. They made it worse. Absolutely clueless. Totally untested Motorhomes before they sell them.

I contacted them as I had a fault with the heating in my motorhome, they left me a voicemail so I contacted them back but the person I called was not available so I told them when I could be contacted, a week later and still no response. I bought my motorhome from them and that was not a good experience and took a while to resolve many faults but I assumed that after 5 years they would have improved how wrong I was.

We hired a Leisure Treka ELS camper for a week from Mototrek. From start to finish the experience was handled very professionaly and efficiently. The camper was spotless and really well equiped. We will definately use them again.

I purchased a new Mototrek motorhome from a dealer. As with new ones there were a few things which needed sorting out. I was extremely happy with Dave who came direct from Mototrek to see to the problems. Very happy with his work and care to get it all good. Thankyou.
