CDS Security and Fire

CDS Fire and Security installed CCTV and Alarm systems in our home. The surveyor was so helpful and gave us great advice. The engineers took great care installing the systems and did a very neat job. The picture quality off the CCTV is excellent and the alarm system is really easy to use. I can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend them.

CDS installed our alarm when we bought the house four years ago: the wiring had been installed by the previous owner, but nothing more; some firms wouldn't touch it and wanted to redo the whole lot, but CDS were great and agreed to do what we wanted and just install the sensors and alarm etc. We've had no problems at all, CDS comes out every year to do a maintenance check. And during the pandemic they've been brilliant: this morning Jamie wore a mask, kept his distance, avoided touching anything he didn't need to, and asked us if we'd like to do the 'walk test' in front of each sensor to limit how far he needed to come into the house. First rate and highly recommended.

Excellent, efficient and reliable. We had an issue with our alarm, not with the equipment itself, but our carpet fitter had accidently cut through a wire. We contacted CDS, they attended the same day and sorted the issue immediately. We experienced great service and respect from the initial phone call to report the problem, to the engineer attending and completing the job.
