Watches of Switzerland Rolex Boutique

I have just had the loveliest interaction with a couple of members of staff at this Watches of Switzerland in Heathrow. I was ogling over several models i could never afford but the man behind the counter encouraged me to try them on despite knowing full well i was not going to buy.It was great to finally see some of these models in person and not just online.Thanks guys

I had the best pre-birthday shopping experience at the Rolex store in Heathrow Terminal 5. Managed to snag a timepiece from my favorite brand just before my special day. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable. Looking forward to my next visit! Five stars, without a doubt!

I wanted to buy a Bulgari watch, but they don’t stock them here, so went to the Bulgari store on the same concourse. But Bulgari wouldn’t remove links from the watch strap. A bit cheeky - but I went to WoS and asked if they would take out the links. Qais, one of the many staff in WoS, walked to the Bulgari store, looked at the strap, confirmed he could remove the links, I bought the watch, Qais then removed the links in WoS workshop. He wouldn’t take payment for the service he provided. Great attitude. I will definitely be using WoS for the next watch I buy that they stock. (A shame they don’t stock Bulgari or I would have made the purchase from them.)

Thank u very much for T5 team specially Dominika and Dashami. They have been very helpful, friendly and professional. As I’ve had really had bad experience in some of other store which made me to hesitate to approach to store but at this time it was completely different experience. Dominika explained nicely the procedure which gave me some hope. Finally manage to get my dream time piece. Thank u Rolex and T5 team.

Just two days before my birthday, Noorul provided me with an absolutely exquisite time piece. It really is spectacular. Not to mention he is a very knowledgeable person who has incredible passion for the brand he works for and in what he does. I often have a chat with him when I fly out of Heathrow even if I don’t make a purchase. He always allocates his time for me and informs me about new models and what to expect.
