I rented a stair lift from these guys over a the two week Christmas Period to make it possible for my husbands elderly Nan to spend the holidays with us.Gary was helpful, professional and friendly. There was no damage to my stairs (which I was concerned about) and the price was very reasonable (much less that I was anticipating actually). It turned out to be Nan's last Christmas so we are so happy that she was able to spend it with the whole family. Very minimal hassle and disruption. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gary and Only Lifts to anybody who needs a stairlift (Rental or otherwise).Thank you for giving us a Christmas to remember Gary and Team!

Excellent service from start to finish. Home lift itself has transformed how my Mum can use her home. Only regret not having lift installed earlier. Single point of contact with Gary very much appreciated.

Highly recommended. I arranged for a stairlift to be installed for my mother about 20 months ago. Dealing with Gary was great - straightforward, no sales pressure. The lift itself is great & reliable. We had a recent issue (caused by an obstruction on the stairs), and Gary came out within 4 hours to fix the issue and get the stairlift working again. We had a lift fitted in November and it's been life changing.I won't lie the lift fitting process is messy and you need to expect some damage to nearby decor. The team tried to minimise the upheaval and completed the work within a week. They were all very pleasant and hard working. Communication was good throughout.I can now go up and down stairs as many times as I want to during the day. I'm able to put my daughter to bed and give her a kiss goodnight, something I hadn't done for a long time. Priceless!

The responsibility of elderly parents not coping is something most of us face at some point.Both struggle with limited mobility and a winding staircase in their home has been a saftey concern recently. We decided action was needed soon before a catastrophic accident happened.This is where I came across Only Lifts. They were not the first company I approached. However it was the approach of the smaller company with a high interest customer needs that sold me initially. I did not regret this.We now have a lift installed and my parents are happily able to navigate up and down with little fuss or effort, but more important to all my family they are now much safer.I could talk about the quality of build, the well thought out design of our lift but actually the over riding message I want to communicate to any prospective customer of Only Lifts is that I felt valued and served with care throughout the process as did my parents.For that I am extrememy grateful and would wholeheartedly recomend Only Lifts. Generously picked up from Hastings station and driven to show room. Offered tea or coffee.Gary presented a very informative and well exampled video on a large tv monitor. His description was skilfully steady stopping and repeating olong the way. There was no hint of pressurising sales talk as he took on board our particular circumstances and timeline.The piece de resistance was appraising the actual model appropriate to our house. Finding out my elderly fathers stairlift was not working just before he was due to be discharged from hospital left me in a difficult position as I live in the Midlands but Only Lifts were very helpful and arranged promptly to have a look at it and hopefully fix it. At the last minute it was decided to remove the lift which they did immediately, leaving little sign of there ever having been a lift in place. Without asking they arranged for VAT exemption which I hadn't even considered.I was very pleased with their service.
