Mimi Spa

Today was my first visit to Mimi for a gel manicure by Irene who was lovely, as were the other members of staff. Such a fresh, friendly salon with a lovely atmosphere. I am already looking forward to my pedicure booked for Friday. I would highly recommend you visit here.

Eve is excellent in every respect: I cannot fault. She makes you feel instantly at ease and takes a deep interest in her clients. The standard of her work is exceptional and she has such attention to detail. She has an in-depth knowledge of the services she provides. Such a level of service and professionalism is rarely found and to be highly commended.

What a fantastic place to visit! The staff are absolutely lovely and the back, neck and shoulder massage was amazing. I topped my visit off with a manicure and my nails look fabulous. I feel very pampered and will definitely go back. Thank you ladies! X

In my opinion, the best place in Burton/Derby area for all your treatment needs.My nails are as perfect as ever having been today …Eve and her team are warm and welcoming and I could not wish for a more comfortable environment to walk into! They really are incredibly talented and genuinely lovely people :)Genuinely wonderful in every way, from the welcome to the ‘see you soon’ it’s the best.100% recommend and then some!

I had my nails done today with chloe and after picking my initial colour sat down to have them done. Chloe proceeded to do my nails and half way through decided she wasn't happy as the gel wasn't laying right and was bitty. She asked if I would mind picking another colour which I was more than happy to and she started all over again. I could tell she was nervous and probably thinking I was annoyed - quite the opposite I was very impressed that she took the time to admit she wasn't happy and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. She did apologise that the appointment was longer than expected but I was very happy with how she dealt with it and very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again and I can't wait to come back!
