Cats protection offer a voucher ro neuter cats for £5 and this place try and make money from this by charging £38.50 for a 'pre op check. Dont fall for this as decent vets won't do this.I am rescuing a cat and trying g to rehome him also try to reduce the population and this vets are seeing the ££££"

Putting in an official complaint about the service I received and the lack of response. Terrible uncaring and money grabbing. Left my dog in a right state. Use Brook End now not far away. Far better service and would recommend. Affordable too.

Great friendly vets practice. Although Covid restrictions are still in place they are still open as normal. The main difference is that the veterinary nurse comes outside to pick up your pet for the appointment so you can't talk to the vet during the consultation, however, I would think that if you wanted to talk directly to the vet they would come and see you.

Fantastic service. Our pampered pooch went in to be done. Was kept up to date with progress throughout. After care was amazing.Will definitely use if/when needed.

These people sent my dog home after a major op with no pain relief. She subsequently went into shock. We took her back and the manager passive aggressively said it's your fault

We have a very vet phobic dog. But they were very understanding, and he was calm, took it all in his stride. Even had his temperature taken, & injection. (Which are the worse to set him off). He was just so laid back.Friendly staff, caring and kind, beautiful setting. But maybe just a little bit hard to find, even with a sat nav.
