Kwik Fit - East Grinstead
Really great service today from the guys at kwik-fit East Grinstead. Not only did they replace my tyre and complete a full wheel alignment, but they also completed a comprehensive health check which gave me extra peace of mind. The car drove so much better on the way home. Thanks to Matteo for booking me in, and special thanks to Steve (with the red hair) who went above and beyond to sort my car our when it was being stubborn, while showing and explaining what he was doing. Would highly recommend the team there to anyone. Thank guys.

thou you were efficient, phoning at 5.30 previous day. i booked Fiat 500 as you said we could have Hankook tyres put on as in stock. perfect! i booked car in, husband got there for appointment following morning & was told they weren’t available!!!! So we had to have Pirplli that is far too expensive for that type of car!!! we had just had the MOT done & Husband needed them done as a paramedic & working in next few days. As a customer i’m totally disappointed to say the least that i definitely won’t be bringing my husbands or my car to yourselfs !

The first time to Kwik Fit I was offered great service didn’t even have to book in for a tire replacement works next door at Crown Plaza, so the guy said he’ll let me know when he does it so then I can come back and pay for the service so five stars from me

Really friendly staff and Matteo was able to help me at short notice. Richard jumped to it and fixed the tracking on my car that had been badly misaligned earlier in the day by another garage. They were also very careful not to damage my car, which has been lowered, when attaching the Hunter wheel tracking system. They also have a 30 day policy to return if not satisfied, which is great to know.The service may be more expensive than what others offer but it is certainly worth it.I will certainly be using Kwik Fit in East Grinstead again.

one man that works at this garage is absolutely VILE!! he is aggressive, patronising and foul mouthed towards women in particular and will deliberately try make you feel small and intimidated. unfortunately it’s not possible to leave a 0 star review, however i would if i could!!!!

Have had various things done here over the years. Have always found them reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. Communication is usually very good as well which isn’t always the case in this business.
