Kwik Fit - Wellington

Sorted my tyres quickly and professionally. They are clearly busy but are well staffed and wasn't kept waiting. Good value too.

Quick and easy to book. In next day for oil change. Good service. Nice and friendly.

Car steering felt alot better after having wheels tracked. Very professional,polite customer service. First time I had uses Kwik fit .I would definitely use them again

The work was completed successfully but the appointment was 25 minutes late starting, and did take a long time to complete. Excellent staff though, very friendly and courteous.

I waited half an hour even though nobody else was having any work done, the 4 very young lads were standing around vaping and smoking and playing music more interested in mucking around rather than doing their job done. When my car was finally put on the ramp to have the tires changed the ramp was up on the air and they brought in a grey bmw and put it on the smaller ramp in front of mine raised it up had a look and a chat and a few vapes then lowered it back down a lad reversed the bmw back then drove forward taking the left front side of the grey bmw into the back of the ramp my car was on, making a right mess to the front of the car. At this point I just wonted to leave and couldn’t believe what I was seeing , I had my tyres put on and was told it was done I asked about the tracking and wheel alignment the lad said he thought it was just the tyres I don’t feel that the wheel alignment or tracking was done. I would never ever go back to Kwik fit again and choose to come to you on the first place as it’s normally a name I thought I could trust and it’s not that I picked you because you were the cheapest cause that wasn’t the case

Amazing service today from Darren Kwik Fit Wellington. As aged pensioners he helped us out after we called him and explained we had a totally flat tyre and couldn’t drive the vehicle. He kindly drove to the house, took off the wheel and took back to his workshop to see if we needed a new tyre (very costly) or if he could repair it. 20mins later he called and said they had managed to repair it (a few pounds) and he would bring it back shortly. Phew! Thank you so much Darren and if ever we need tyres, our friends or family need tyres we can thoroughly recommend coming to you. You are a star.

Excellent customer service from Josh, and from the workshop lads. Battery replaced promptly and checked the fluid levels without being asked. Will use them again.

Had brake check, could've been easily ripped off since I had no idea what condition they were in but they guys were honest saying they don't need change just yet but in few months.4 stars because it was 2hrs for a brake check, had one done at other kwikfit in 40mins so was a bit surprised but oh well maybe they were busy, also more of a company than site fault - no info available anywhere about part prices, must inquire with team.
