Ordered chicken noodles with superior soup. Chicken was tender and seasoned well. I liked the soup as well. The dish itself was not super delicious, but it was good enough for its price. Food prices here were reasonable compared to lots of other restaurants at the airport. Service was nice, and the restaurant was spacious and had a great atmosphere. Customers can dine while listening to some traditional Chinese music here.

I went here just before my flight. Amazingly, it took a tiny amount of time for the food to arrive. It was so tasty and even included vegetables. I am so pleased and I might just book another flight just to go here again!

Located inside Heathrow Airport departure, the service was brisk and good.We had the wanton noodle soup, which unfortunately was blend. But plus points for the great service and wonderful deco.

Excellent restaurant to slip into for some elegance and calm at Heathrow. The service was flawless and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the lychee martini if you are a lychee fan. This is our go to Terminal 2 restaurant.

I am very impressed with the dumplings.I regret having ordered the wonton noodle soup, nevertheless. The wonton skin is thin on one end, and thick on the other. Its figure of eight doesn't look appetizing. Worse still, it is actually so thick that it is not fully cooked. You can see the layers being separated in one of my photos.

I love this reastorant in Heatrow. Food is AMAZING, even if I have some intollerances and foot restrictions I always find delicious food. The kindness and welcoming of the staff is a real added value for me. They create such a beautiful atmosphere that it is always a pleasure to stop and have a relaxing break there and the tea...WOW no words to describe it. A special thank you goes to Desislava. Her smile, her kindness, the way she takes care of me and all the other customers this is what every good restaurant should provide, because the human touch makes the difference in a so busy world. I told her I was looking for a chocolate dessert and she spoke with the chef and she got a special thing prepared for me. She absolutely made my day!

Had a very lovely meal before our flight at T2 Heathrow, love the decor ,it's chic and great background music. The price is not bad for a airport restaurant, the noodles come as what I expected, fabulous deep fried prawn, and the siumai are made of good quality meat filling.

Tried the wasabi prawns and egg fried rice. Both could have been more flavourful. A little too bland for me as the wasabi dressing wasn’t much. Prawns were quite big though and the egg fried rice was so-so. Overall dining experience was alright. Nice decor and atmosphere.Can give a try if you are craving for Chinese food.

I was very disappointed with both the food and the service.The service was very slow when I visited on a Sunday at 1700 and the restaurant was not even 20% full. I was led to a table and then waited around 10 minutes for anyone to take my order. The food came out in OK time, but when it came time to pay, again, no one was available, and I waited quite a while.The food, however, was the biggest letdown. I tried the 15-minute duck dish with noodles along with an order of vegetable dumplings. Both were seriously lacking in any flavour, and even the additional chilli oil didn't improve things as it was so bland.I would seriously recommend avoiding Shan Shui and eating elsewhere.
