Decent pre sales service, very poor aftersales service. Few problems with the car, only responded to my emails after getting in touch with the finance company. Some of the issues are still not resolved and Aaron is still not replying to my emails. I appreciate there are lots of very good reviews, however I'm sure this would this would be a different story if you needed any help after buying the car.14/11. My reply as requested. You agreed 1 repair, not 2, which was the track rod ends. The lower arms are what you refused to help with saying it is wear and tear. Whether it is ‘wear and tear’ or not, the issue was present when you sold me the car. You could also say that the track rods ends failed due to wear and tear, yet you covered the cost of them. There is also the issue with the stop/start, which has never worked. You mention what the warranty a lot, however, you don’t seem to have a full understanding of the law. The law states that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products sold should be fit for purpose, as described and of satisfactory quality. This law overrides any sort of warranty.Of the 1 repair you did approve, communication was very slow before and after you approved it. This included me getting reimbursed for the repair and responding to the other issues I reported. It wasn’t until the finance company intervened that you responded to me and I received my refund. I have the dates and times of the calls and emails documented. The fact that you have taken 6 months to respond to my review shows your slowness to respond to things.You also ignored my email dated 30th March 2023, where I requested the name of the warranty company you use and which Motor Trade Association you belong to.I am still left with the issue with the lower arms as I am not in a position to pay for them at the moment. I have limited the miles I do in the car now as it is affecting the wheel alignment and has caused the front tyres to wear prematurelyI am unsure as to why you have replied to my review after all this time as I know you are not willing to help. However, as you have made contact, I would like to give this one final attempt to get resolved. I am happy to cover the cost of any labour to have the lower arms replaced, and ask that you cover the cost of the parts. I estimate the parts would be approximately £250, and the labour would be £250 too. I feel this is a fair and reasonable solution.I would like to remind you again, that the Consumer Rights Act overrides any warranty.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from Aaron in great condition and for a great price. I'm really happy with the car so far. Two tyres needed changing and these were done prior to driving away. Face to face customer service is brilliant. Aaron seems very busy and could do with an extra pair of hands so I'd recommend calling him for after sales enquiries, as emails can take a while to be responded to. Other than that, am very happy and would buy from here again.
