Would not recommend at all. Only put one star because have to. Went to collect two parcels. Had codes and delivery confirmations for both. They tried to tell me they only had one and I was mistaken. Then said to come back another day. Kept arguing with me. I refused to leave until I got the other one. They served other people and ignored me, kept arguing. Eventually one of the guys went to the back and came back with the second!! So rude and so dodgy!! I’d absolutely use another InPost shop.

The store has a great vape section with all of your top brands in both liquids and in hardware. They also have a good selection of the lesser known ones. The store owners are very friendly and have other staff that are vapers themselves which helps a lot. The prices are also spot on, can't believe some of the prices are so cheap for such a premium City Centre location.

Left my wallet here and got all the way home and then realised. Called them and they had it and kept it safe for me! This doesn't always happen in today's world so thank you very much for your kindness and honesty!

Best vape store I have been to in a long time. They have all the latest mods and all the premium liquids. My local stockist for Dinner Lady Juice!

Really arrogant people. Wouldn't know what customer service is if it hit them in the face.Handed over a 'Collect Plus' parcel to be delivered by courier - the chap at the shop scanned it in to the system then THREW my parcel behind the counter on to the floor! I had clearly labelled it as 'fragile' but tha didn't seem to matter to the guy. To do this blatently in front of the customer shows how arrogant they are. I know the courier will probably mistreat the parcel, I know that happens but you don't expect the shopkeeper taking your parcel to throw it around !! Unfortunely because I worried the parcel would be further mistreated or even go 'missing' after I left, I couldn't confront the cretin there and then.I will complain to collect plus about this drop off shop and won't be visiting this establishment again. Wouldn't encourage anyone else to go there either.

The lady laughed at me for telling them that their product was broke which I bought from there and said go get me done then when I said I would she didn't stop laughing and told me to get out

it was an amazing visit. truly have the best selection of american sweets on the market. another upside to the shop is that they sell helpful items such as vapes which are good for your health.
