I visited ‘Total Flex’ after struggling with a knee injury with no idea how of how I got it. After a consultation, Philippa gave me possible reasons as to why I was experiencing pain with it. She explained what she would be doing and made me feel at ease. The massage was thorough and targeted. My reactions to each move were acknowledged & the massage was adapted accordingly to target the area. Since the massage, it has eased & I feel I have less tension in my muscles. I will be booking back in & would happily recommend to anyone.
