Fast responses to online enquiry & email, but the guy who came to diagnose a problem with my underfloor heating was here for 5 minutes (£102) after telling me that underfloor heating isn't worth having, testing the thermostat (reluctantly) & recommending I get an oil heater because finding the actual problem would be too much hassle.Maybe it's not their specialism, but I didn't need an appointment for them to tell me that.Back to square one with another company.

Very good service. Quote and confirmation all via email and flexible with the date they came out.Fitted two light fittings in my lounge (was also very helpful when there was a piece missing and showed me where to buy it) and replaced a plug socket.Overall great service and would 100% recommend.

Really lovely guys. Agreed to install a pendant light which needed a bit of customisation. Clean up could have been better. Did cause some damage to the fixture which will need touch up. Time keeping could have been better as were at least 2 hours late on 2 occasions; was informed electrician was on his way (10 min drive away). Despite the above, would use again for a less custom job.

Diagnosis of electrical problem and then provided me a quote for the full installation of replacement radiators. They subsequently came and fitted the replacement radiators today. Tenant is happy as is the landlord (myself).
