They don't do self drive hire as stated on there website!

Firstly, I would like to retract my mother's review. It was written in haste, and was after she was unable to contact Rav Ubhi, the proprietor of this business. Weddings are very stressful and this was a surprise for my new wife, to be collected in a beautiful Rolls Royce Phantom. My mum didnt use the correct number it would seem as i managed to contact Rav immediately and he was a very nice honest gentleman. He knew all about the booking and confirmed immediately he had been had been busy with managing certain aspects of his business. He provided his mobile number and after this call i knew everything was going to be fine.This business EXISTS and did not take anyone's money without providing am excellent service.My wife was thrilled to be collected in such a fantastic car, and after the actual ceremony the extremely polite driver took us to a location to have some photos taken with our photographer. All in all there was not a singke thing wrong with using BR prestige.After the wedding, instead of the phantom a gorgeous bentley continental flying spur collected us and took us to a hotel so to be able to ride in two of the most luxurious saloon cars available was a real treat. All thay was missing was a maybach ☺The real icing on the cake was having a number plate made that said Mr and Mrs Behari which I thought was a really nice touch.I would like to thank Rav and his guys, they made the most special day that extra bit more special. I woild highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding to supply the vehicles.

Can't get through to them by phone and they don't respond to emails. Enough said.

Dreadful! Would not use again and would strongly recommend no one else use.
