I had two boy at this nursery and I am very happy.Children were very well look after and always kept up to date with their progressDilasha is a great manager and highly recommend this nursery.

Very bad nursery nursery I had extremely bad experience with her manger Dilasha she is not good listening,liyer and rude she is not treate the children equally. She reduces my son hours from 30 t0 15 hours .she is transfere the information between the parents which is wrong under the safe gardine act she lied to brent council . my son he didn't get good support when asked her to help me for training toilet she shout at me and said she can't help me she didn't has eangh staff .now my son in other nursery he is out off nappy from the first week of his starting and he didn't has any off that problemtin twizzletopes nursery. this what happened when the child get good support the parent can see clearly the good improvingThank you for replying me back first this is the the first time I write the feed back second ,I am already I did write a complaint email and I send it to you .please check your system to see where is the email gone, and please put clear email address in the nursery if the parents want make complain at less they know where they go ,because I searched alot to find the directors to make complaint but I didn't I go through all the comments then I found your contact details

I have two sons at this day care, one 9 months old and the other just turned 3. Both my kids absolute love nursery and all the teachers. It’s amazing to see how much both have progressed since joining. The management is top notch and I trust all the workers with my babies! They all very naturing and they really are my sons second mums! They keep you informed throughout the day and on their progress throughout their time in their care. This school is a gem and I’m so grateful I choose this school for my boys. Yes financially it’s killer putting children in school but it’s honestly worth every penny to know the care and support they both get. Thank you so much twizzle tops family

Twizzle tops nursery Wembley is an amazing place as they recognise each individual child and promote their health and development. The staff are lovely and work with parents to bring out the best of the little ones.

We chose this nursery for our daughter because when we met the staff we knew she would be safe, looked after and have fun. She loves going to nursery, I can see the people there help her progress and become the lovely child she is. I'm truly grateful for having this team looking after my daughter.

We have had such a lovely experience at Twizzle Tops nursery. Our little boy is in the baby room and absolutely loves it. He is so happy when we take him to nursery, he can't wait to go and sometimes gets sad when he leaves. The staff are super friendly and professional. They deal with any accidents promptly and keep us in constant communication. We had our parents meeting this week and his key worker was so helpful. We know they are targeting him with his learning and they also plan some very creative and engaging activities. I am an experienced early years teacher myself and in my professional capacity, I totally trust the good work that they do at Twizzle Tops.

Both my daughters have been to this nursery and it ticks all the boxes. Very happy with the service and care. Plus points are parking is available close by and you also get free membership to the softplay. Highly recommend if you are local
