An excellent service I ordered two Safe fill gas bottles. They arrived promptly and the APC delivery driver carried them into the house as my elderly mother was at home and couldn’t carry them. Well done and thank you

Went in to get tap replaced for kitchen sink in caravan, which I was expecting to pay around £100, the staff was absolutely brilliant and took the tap apart and told me it was micro switch. The guy replaced the switch and tap works fine, so instead of the £100 that I was expecting to pay, I ended up paying £17.99, so walked away a very satisfied customer and will definitely be using black country again.

Excellent place to go, loads of stock. Needed a water pump while away, was in stock, showed us what to do and connected electric wire terminals. Great service, the place to go.

Can't thank Chris at BCCC enough for his help today! He spent loads of time with us and went above and beyond, helping with some sketchy electrical issues in our car when we were ready to leave with our trailer tent! He didn't have to but we are so grateful that he did.Great people, fantastic service! Well worth your time!!

What an awesome service from rich and Dave for our new van. We were a bit clueless to be honest about what we needed but dropped in and Rich took us through all the details and promptly sorted out the purchase. Dave spent 2 hours showing us how things work nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service can’t recommend them enough.

Picked up our new Basecamp 4 today. Excellent service throughout. Pete was brilliant when we made our purchase decision last month. A no pressure salesman who was well informed, polite and just the right sort of person you need when making these decisions. Dave gave us an unrushed and thorough introduction to the caravan today. He was knowledgable, patient friendly. We really can't fault the service we have received. Highly recommend.
