KES Lighting

Unfortunately this company decides to disregard The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This regulation allows you to return goods for a full refund, including any initial shipping costs paid.KES have decided that this doesn't apply to them, and so if you return anything, they will deduct a non-specified amount for the original shipping. So - even if you bought enough for shipping to be FoC, they will then make up an amount that they will deduct from your refund, which could be any amountI will of course recover the amount they have taken from me via my credit card provider, using the rules set out in Section 75 of The Consumer Credit Act.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company, as their T&Cs are incorrect and they aren't playing by the rules.

I have purchased online a few times from KES Lighting, the quality of the product is very good, it’s met my expectations.Excellent customer service on helping me with making the order and arranging deliveries.Strongly recommended to my other friends.

Huge range of lights with very good service. It's nice to be able to shop online in the knowledge that they have a physical store that you can actually visit too

If I had read the reviews on here before ordering I would not have ordered and looked around for another company.When I read the reviews it was too late as the order had been placed.Got to say, it was great and I had no issues with KES.I ordered a light to replace an antique one which was damaged so needed something old looking for the electricians to fit, item came in less than 5 days and amazing quality, customer service was very good.I also had to place a separate order for three more lights, due to the sparkys having concerns about the other antique lights we wanted to have fitted. All three came, no issues with them at all, great quality, well made and excellent price.The negative reviews on here I just don't even recognise that could be associated to KES.Great store for well made and competitive prices lighting.

Got to say right from my first visit to their showroom to the lights being installed has been seamless. Their lighting knowledge is outstanding and fantastic. Great knowledge and updates too. Products are great and will definitely be using them again.

I sent an email at midnight asking if it was possible to photo 2 of their products side by side for comparison. By 10 am they had provided the photo as well as other options. Made my choice, ordered and the lights were with me the next day. Great service all round.

Extremely happy with the service from Phil and the rest of the team. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and received the Chandelier on Thursday afternoon. Was given fullUpdates till I received it. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Impressive showroom if you like chandeliers. A better display than most places. Plus the prices are very good as they are primarily an Internet seller. We travelled about an hour each way because it is good to see the lights in the flesh and bought x6 different lights.Later edit: I found a part of a chandelier that was manufactured incorrectly. I spoke to KES and they asked (quite reasonably) for photographic proof. Once provided they organised a free replacement part within days. Impressive customer service.
