Had a woodburner installed by Ben and his team. Service and communication is excellent, advice was top class. Ben could easily have upsold unnecessary equipment but was honest and saved me a lot of money in comparison to other quotes. I am extremely happy with my new woodburner and would recommend Fire and Flame to anybody in the area looking for a new woodburner. Thank you Ben and team.

Fire & Flame did an excellent job of fitting a fireplace, gas flame fire inset, gas pipe run and new flue through an existing chimney breast. Ben is very helpful and honest, and explains everything so well. Price was as quoted. Finished product looks amazing; we're really delighted. Glad we used Fire & Flame, and plan to do so again for some more fireplaces we need installing.

What an absolute fabulous service.I can’t recommend more highly Ben and his team.Even through a few teething problems (my house build was at fault) Ben took the time to explain my options fully and allowed me to make the decision.I adore the finish and we are so happy with the burner and over all look.Thank you Ben you were a pleasure to work with.I only wish all other trades people could be as efficient and professional.

Really pleased with our fire and surround supplied and installed by Fire and Flame. Throughout the initial show room visit to the instillation of a very stylish unit Ben was extremely helpful, informative, and obviously very experienced. The installation which was carried out by Ben exceeded our expectations as to quality, appearance, and care taken at our home, which caused minimal disruption.I would highly recommend this company as the local area ‘go to’ professionals for domestic fires and surrounds etc.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from this company from start to finish. Very helpful when I visited showroom, explained my options and gave me brochures to take away. Ben came and did a site survey and carried out the work to install my new fire and surround. He did a really good job, was very helpful and also took away my old fire. 5 stars!!

My fireplace was fitted today by Fire and Flame and I am very happy! From my first visit to the showroom to the fitting all has been very professional. The lady in the showroom was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and ordering the fireplace couldn’t have been easier and I was given all the details I needed including the installation date. The fitting today went very well and the fireplace looks amazing. Thank you Fire and Flame.
