I'm referring to the council car park in Duke street, the council should be ashamed of the negligence that they have not maintained the upkeep of the car park. Faded white lined bays so too are the disabled bays and yellow shevron bays, a vehicle was parked on the yellow crossed bay next to the pay machine and two were parked outside the bays in the area where the motorist drives through the car park from one side to the other. Before all what l have mentioned they should resurface it.
