Charlie cut my hair yesterday. At the time I was pleased with it, she has swept my fringe over which I quite liked. However when I got up this morning and had a shower and brushed my hair straight again I was horrified. Nice cover up Charlie !!! But you have ruined my hair. A 2 year old could have done a better job. You should never be allowed to cut hair again.I have a huge chunk cut out of my fringe, my hair has not been cut straight at all.I called the shop today and spoke to a lady in charge…she didn’t offer to put it right and didn’t offer me my money back.. I told her my photograph was on the review. I did say that I would not come to the shop to show her in person and quite frankly I’m disappointed that she would put me through such humiliation as to walk to the shop with my hair looking such a mess.Don’t use this salon, they have no morals.

I had the most amazing experience visiting this salon today.I wanted a complete change of colour and style.I explained I was on holiday and would not be able to come regularly.I was overwhelmed by thetransformation. My stylist Charlie was amazing, professional and so wonderful friendly., I felt so at ease. Thank you so very much.
