Only had a couple of drinks can't rate Food as didn't dine here. However, food that we did see others having looked lovely. Staff pleasant we were looked after By Saii. He ensured everything was OK with our visit. Will be back

Really friendly service, amazing food and Jane really took care of us. We had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come for Sunday lunch tomorrow.

Excellent food the taste of the steak was absolutely phenomenal, came out on a hot stone so I could cook it to how I’d like. Alison was an especially good waitress bringing my food out very professionally. Would definitely return, 5 stars.

A handy place to have tea and cakes before or after the RSC play. Great river view when seating outside. There are also plenty tables inside that is connected to the ticket halls if you prefer to stay in the warmth.

A memorable day for the wrong reasons.The hospitality industry claims to be on its knees so this place has found an alternative method of profiteering. Here patrons have to pay a third party to park, so immediately your hope to relax with drink and food is potentially jeopardised by the provider.We visited for a family gathering so had to place a food order two weeks prior. Despite the notice, service was not slick so things dragged on beyond the parking times we paid for.Six weeks later the PCN from the third party parking company arrived. That bill is currently £500 for our party!!!

From start to finish this was the best meal out we have had for sometime! Service friendly yet professional food totally amazing! We had calamari, lava stone steak, fish and chips apple pie and fudge cake. All of an excellent standard in a lovely atmosphere would highly recommend.

Lunch time food for 2 , 1st negative on arriving 4 young men sitting, eating, no shirts on little bit off putting they should have been told to wear tops I think. But after that nice pleasant bar staff . Food and service very pleasant.beautiful place over all everything there all in one place would recommend and will return.

Can I say a huge thank you to Sharon Parnell, the Events Manager and everyone involved in my mother in law's 80 Birthday Party on Saturday the 15th of July.We booked the Oxford and Cambridge suite, a beautiful room with ample space. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. They let us dress the room with banners and balloons. We provided our own food for which they laid out several tables. They were fantastic. The event manager Sharon is an absolute credit to the Riverside venue, nothing was too much trouble, she was fabulous.Also thanks to the barman Joe, he was super quick, very engaging in conversation with a great attitude. The room itself is very big, with patio doors that open onto a beautiful private balcony. Our guests loved every minute of it. Jane was absolutely outstanding. There for breakfast, lunch and evening. Pottering around doing absolutely everything.Made us feel extremely welcome and excellent service for her.The band #everythingbuttheband were also fantastic
