Speedy to come out and measure but had to chase up after discussed timeline... Blinds fitted on November 11th last year but were short some brackets so job incomplete... Was told 2 weeks for brackets... Called 3 times in Dec and twice in Jan... No response... Got a call on Wednesday 5 MONTHS LATER.. DO WE still have 2 blinds to fit for you?"... requested they come take them away.... I knew they would eventually realise and be intouch to be paid.... Shame really.... as one other review has said A progress call goes a long way...i won't say avoid but just be aware"

Very disappointed ordered blinds 14 weeks ago & despite me phoning a couple of times the last time was 26 August I've heard nothing. Not a courtesy call to explain or apologise for the delay. I've had blinds from Applewhite Blinds before & been happy with them & recommended them to other family members that have bought blinds from them. But they've let themselves down this time, take note Applewhites a phone call is all it takes to update customers on the progress of their order

We used Applewhite Blinds on two separate occasions. Very reasonable priced & including fitting which saves you such a hassle. Nick the fitter was polite, quick & professional. Helen was quick with her email replies & knowledge. Would recommend and use again.
