Pleasant to walk through in the mornings when it's less busy or to avoid anti-social behaviour. Nice view of Villa Stadium. A walk behind in the garden behind the Aston Hall is a must especially summer. The playground needs refurbishing.

The park was great in size and capacity holding. It was the Jamaican Independence event, loads of stalls n music and live artists... over 3500 turn out.

Beautiful park with old huge trees.Good parking area, lots of plain space where you can play ball games next to the cricket field.

Breathtaking, and most insufficiently advertised and marketed, both within Birmingham and nationally.Does Birmingham really understand and value what it has here, and its potential? Are the four topics on which this site requests further comment somehow indicative that the City really has no idea.Is there not more to this major cultural treasure worth commenting on, beyond its playground, lavatories, dog facilities and picnic area?Birmingham has recently revealed itself lacking on the financial front, leading to searching review of its competence to run its own business. The city had a proud cultural heritage . I do hope that care of this is not being pushed aside in sorting out the financial books.

My local park. Have great memories here including the aston hall so much history in this park. Always brings great memories when ever I visit. Well maintained and great for kids and they have 3 playing areas. A cricket pitch as well as a football pitch too. Many things to do here, can spend the whole day in aston hall but you have to pay for entry it is well worth it though and seeing all the past history is an ideal day trip. They also have facilities and eating areas on your visit to the aston hall. The council are always upgrading this park which is good to see and being so close to the villa ground makes it the ideal spot to enjoy the surroundings

Great memories of this park but now there are lot of kids smoking and messing around up to no good. I've had kids try to sell me stuff when I'm on a family walk.Nevertheless I think the council need to do something. Aston Hall has been refurbished, it looks great, Lots of people get their wedding pictures taken

I had concerns going to Aston Hall, could I park close by as it is in Birmingham, as a council owned and run property would it be suffering from budgetary pressures. All my worries were ill founded. Arrive at 12 and was the second car in the car parking area just outside the hall. And as for the hall itself, it was perfect, lots to see and beautiful condition with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We took a picnic and sat in the park but there is a good cafe there as well. Aston Hall is well worth a visit.
