Kwik Fit Plus - Dundee - Perth Road

Turned up at 1030am on a Saturday and got two tyres replaced and all rebalanced within 30 min... much appreciated as I'd woken up too a slow puncture the day I was due to go camping with my son. Excellent service!

Absolutely superb service - really could not fault it at all. I was attending a conference in Dundee and a problem arose on my journey there (from Lancaster) which I was then not able to look into until the morning the conference ended. When I arrived the garage was very busy but when I explained my situation (which included the fact that I had a wedding to get to and a 4 + hour drive ahead of me) the person who dealt with me (Harry?) said he didn't want me to drive away until the problem had been checked and then he moved jobs around so that the work could be completed in time. I cannot thank him and his wonderful colleagues enough.

I was welcomed and kept well informed. Staff were friendly and efficient in the Perth Road branch in Dundee.

Tyre valves not changed with the tyre change but still charged for it.Doubly disappointing as it went in with a slow puncture, so could be valve related. Also charging for work and replacement that wasn't done.Was getting new front tyres and according to kwikfits own site the new tyre should be fitted on the rear axle not the front. . Partner had exactly the same problem with the strathmartine depot so clearly a Dundee wide issue.

Excellent service from Harry & the team as always (Perth Road, Dundee)...had to get two rear tyres and replacement rear brake discs but pads replaced under Kwikfit lifetime warranty as worn down. Thanks again.

Absolutely unprofessionalBooked my car for wheel alignment.Work got done but after that the front driver side wheel started making a noise.Went back and they said they were very busy just now and can't check come back tomorrow morning. Made an appointment for 12.30 next day but when I arrived at my appointment the manager said you've missed youre appointment and it was 10.30 instead. That was impossible because as soon as I made the appointment I saved it in my phone. I requested just to look at it maybe it isn't a big job something just stuck there while they were fixing it if it is a big job I'll make another appointment. The attitudes were disgusting blantly refused to even look at me while talking and all I heard was make another appointment. Very unprofessional customer service ! Rude staff !So I wasted my £69.99 plus a weeks time. and had to take the car to another garage. Mechanic fixed it in one minute there was a iron shield stuck with wheel.Unprofessional managerNo customer serviceNever recommended to any one.
