I was most impressed by the service that I received from Sonny’s Removals at every step of the procedure. I lay so much store in communication and Paisley’s communication was second to none at every stage. He even sent a message to the seller of my item to inform her they their arrival would be ten minutes delayed The guys carrying out the work were very friendly, helpful and professional. We booked Sonny's and had to rearrange the date due to our chain collapsing, but they were very understanding and accommodating. On the day of our move, they showed-up early and worked until 5.30pm getting us moved into our house some distance away. The team of 6 were friendly, cheerful and professional. They worked hard and were so polite - nothing was too much trouble. Moving is extremely stressful and Sonny's took some of that stress away thanks to their efficiency and professionalism. We have already recommended Sonny's to others and will continue to do so. Indeed, they were highly recommended to me. They were also the most reasonably priced of the three quotes I received, but the service was of a high standard.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Paisley and team move us from London to Tunbridge Wells and they did an absolutely fabulous job. Utter professionals from start to finish and treated our possessions with so much care and meticulousness. They were also extremely flexible in accommodating multiple date changes in our booking due to delays.On the day, the team arrived bright and early in the morning, worked exceptionally quickly to pack and empty a one bedroom flat and were even flexible and kind enough to accommodate a pick up of a few items en route.They worked so quickly to unload the van and navigated very tricky right corners and stairs to get all our belongings where they need to be!Even with parking issues, the team never wavered in enthusiasm and their can-do attitude was infectious. They quickly problem solved and cracked on! It made the stressful process of moving a very smooth and enjoyable one.Thank you so much for everything and honestly cannot recommend Sonny’s removal enough to anyone who is looking for a great family run business and impeccable service.

We used Sonny's removals for a house move a few weeks ago and couldn't rate their service highly enough.At the beginning, the team gave me a call to answer all of my questions and put my mind at rest (we were buying and selling so knew the timing of the move could really vary!) Our move date changed constantly and Sonny's were so accommodating and patient with my many (!!!) WhatsApp messages.When it came to the move day, the team of two were so helpful, efficient, professional and friendly! Getting to work the second they stepped inside and not stopping despite the heatwave. Compared to other quotes, Sonny's were incredibly reasonably priced too!I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone moving!

We booked a Sonny's van to move all the stock and furniture from our shop to our new rural barn location. The boys were friendly, super helpful and efficient, and it was all achieved so much more quickly then I had imagined! Super efficient, super friendly, highly recommended! My wife will research anything to an inch of it's life. She found Sonny's removals via Mumsnet as the best local removal company. I was initially concerned that they were a small outfit and what happens if anything goes wrong. As soon as I met them, I was more than happy to trust them with everything I own! I also liked there were no hidden fees, the price was one number and inclusive of everything - no late key fees, insurance bolt ons etc. Both Paisley and James were so patient as our exchange date and completion date kept moving. Throughout the day when I was pulling my hair out and screaming at my solicitor, they were just excellently calm and thorough. Nothing damaged, everything done with care. Couldn't by more pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
