Food was ok, but the restaurant is not clean out front. No cutlery to eat my rice box with, food on the floor, dirty tables and the staff behind the counter rushed. Not the best experience, but if I was taking food out it might have felt better.

I can't review the food because I didn't bloody get any. I stood for at least 15 minutes with no one else queueing, waiting to be served whilst the staff member who was shouting and swearing having an argument with the Uber Eats/ Deliveroo drivers. I walked out. I shouldn't even really be going into KFC after being served raw chicken burger in the Brentford branch last time but I thought I would give it another chance. I wouldn't entertain ever going into KFC again. After having to listen to the staff member swearing around other customers trying to eat their food. I left the shop and there was a group in the pub that said they were on their way to KFC, I told them not to bother because they won't get served anyway.KFC isn't exactly cordon bleu but even for KFC's standards, arguing in front of customers is diabolical.And the entire place is filthy as well, I wouldn't eat there if they paid me to.I'll be giving all other KFC establishments a wide berth, probably find a rat in my burger.

Made me drive 34 minutes after a 12 hour shift saying it was a drive through big lie. Managed ti park the car when I got inside it was to disgusting to eat, so got in the car and got Greg’s instead. Avoid vey dirty place..

How is this place not closed down? Had 2 meals yesterday and myself and pregnant partner have been fighting for the loo all night violently sick and really unwell. The place needs testing and some English put in charge so hygene standards are met! AVOID THIS KFC

Lottttts of people. I think it was because of the time I visited. I would say, this particular KFC feels really stuffy. They packed up all the extra chairs and tables at the back where customers can see. The food was definitely good. Just would recommend going home to enjoy rather than dining in

Oh my absolute god! I was out casually and had to use the facilities e.g toilet/powder room and the door to the toilet had a lock on it with a code. I asked the woman sitting down she firstly told me it was closed and then told me the code what an absolute palaver to go for a Jimmy! What do they want you to do pee on the floor!.The staff in the store are incredibly rude and have zero interest in good customer service. I didn't even have anything to eat from this restaruant and left disappointed. When I inquired about the farcical door code system I was given its for customers Only and not for people who are passers by!

With food was everything fine. We were with our 1 year old toddler and I needed to clean a baby chair because the handles and seat were dirty from another child. It was absolutely disgusting

KFC is a great fast food option. The food is delicious, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend KFC to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.I just love being here for food
