The gentleman who owns this shop ALWAYS delivers excellent service in terms of repairing and re-modelling jewellery. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Terrible service. He said he could recreate a ring in his shop from gold to silver ( a special gift for my sister) he didn’t mention that one ring is made by cast and he would hand craft the silver one. He quoted a reasonable cost for a silver bespoke ring. The result was a terrible ring that he charged far more than the quote and even more than the original gold one. It was very expensive for something that looked so bad and that wasn’t even gold. Under the ring there were even lines where the metal had been bent and it looked very basic. He said he couldn’t refund but would gift us credit which we accepted and then took a third off two days later when we went to exchange. (He said it’s because he would be “stuck” with this ring, so he knew how ugly it is.) This meant we would need to spend even more in the shop to get anything for a replacement gift. Which we clearly won’t use as we will never go back, so now he has our money and we have nothing. I have a lovely ring we bought here a while ago but clearly now I know it’s not hand made. Don’t get anything bespoke done from this man!
