Very rude staff. I asked then before I buy if they took Amex I was told the price and pointed at the card machine, when I tried my card and didn't work I was told very rudely we don't take amex"...If you don't like your jobs stay home please!!!No option to select anything less than one star"

Really great shop, very clean. The staff are absolutely lovely. The place is quite busy usually but the queues go down really fast.

This store like most greggs stores is run efficiently and as clean as possible even with the amount of foot traffic it gets. I understand why they close hot machines down a little while before closing as they need to clean the machines. So it takes a little while for the machines to be cool enough to do so for operation next day. Why should they have to stay back hours after closing time to do these things if they don't get paid to stay behind? Not many people would voluntarily stay behind to do something past their paid hours and I'm not talking of voluntary sector.

Depending on which one you go too. The sauchiehall Street one, total joke. Don't know how people tolerate that place. Never any sausage rolls at times you would think they should have. I bought a bacon roll outta the place, I shoulda known better... the bacon was like cardboard an stone cold. Other Greg's are better

I would like to go greggs for their chicken bake and morning rolls. So try sandwiches like egg and bacon , cheese ham toasties and you may love their sausage roll as well. Pl always avoid before closing hours because bakes will not be hot except few outlets.... request them for freshly bake and wait for 20 minutes ...

Always amazing. They are open till 4am and got so many stuffs available. Got my favorite vegan sausage roll. Loved it.

Excellent place for your morning coffee and a bacon roll. Sharon and her team are always very helpful and friendly. Work near by and in there every week. Can't fault a thing!

Great place for a grab-and-go meal. They’re open early so we were able to get breakfast before boarding our train.The tuna sandwich is marvellous - baguette with a nice crispy crust. High quality tuna, so it wasn’t drowned in mayo. A nice amount of onions and other ingredients to make it interesting.The Mexican Chicken Bite was on a soft, fresh bun, well cooked chicken, fresh lettuce and herbs, and a delicious mix of sauces.The coffee is quite nice as well!
