We have used this company several times. Every visit the plumbers are polite, friendly, and efficient. We have had the boiler serviced, overflow issues fixed, a shower replaced and various other jobs.I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent company. Travelled up from Swansea to meet one of the partners who priced a full central heating job for our daughter who had just moved in. Very efficient, great suggestions made on moving rads to different positions etc, received quote the same day, very reasonable and start date given very quickly. Couldn’t fault the plumbers on site especially as our daughter was working from home so she experienced minimal disruption and job completed within deadline given. Would highly recommend.

I had a system flush and a new boiler installation.A professional service from start to finish. The installer, Luke, was efficient, organised and courteous throughout. The whole install went well and was finished earlier than I had anticipated and everything left tidy.We are very happy with the new boiler and the service we received; and at a good price too.

They got to the bottom of a problem we'd had for years in a couple of hours and everything now working perfectly. Great service completing a gas safety check/certificate on a rented property. Phoned late on a Friday afternoon and it was done by 10am the following Monday. Also competitively priced. Let down by so many other companies over the years, Pass &Totterdell will be my go to moving forward.

Absolutely awful service! Had them come out because our boiler was leaking and the bloke turned up and was more interested in his phone then helping us (who have a one year old baby in the house) says he is going to order the part and fit it the next day. He then emails us saying to pay and that the problem is fixed when it is still leaking over my floor. Cannot get hold of them on weekends and now have an Olympic size swimming pool in my kitchen. Utterly useless. Will not be using them again.
