Trek Bicycle Bath

Have transformed my daily car commute to Bristol with an electric Trek mountain bike. Thought it was worth paying the extra for a quality product and now realise that it’s the staff and the after service they provide where the real value is. Highly knowledgeable and expert maintenance by people who are just great. Thank you Trek Bath.

Great service from Claire and Lawrence. Claire went out of her way to ensure the handover of my new bike was both helpful and informative, with nothing too much trouble, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team. Highly recommended.

Just picked up my new E-Bike earlier today and couldn't be happier. Phil and Ben have been incredibly helpful and answered all my silly questions professionally. I'd pay extra money to buy the bike for the service I received. So much better than anonymous online shopping. They did price match it as well though, so cheap price and great service. They found the perfect fit and helped me with extras. They were even understanding when my toddler turned the place upside down. Top quality!

Update October 23.I've the same experience with staff as before. Definitely one of the best bike shops I've used.It's worth considering that the staff knew up front I wasn't going to be spending anything on the day.Staff were kind, well informed and balanced while guiding me through product options.My current ride is less that 2 years old and apart from needing a good clean perfectly fine. I needed a replacement helmet, additional lights etc and some other equipment.Best customer service I've had in a few years!If you are looking for a car or cycling gear go here first - you may not need the car after all and you'll probably get treated better here.

Such amazing customer service! Phil helped me straight away and even fitted my bike with what I needed, he was super friendly and helpful - and I feel much more confident about cycling now, thank you!

Quality bike , very helpful friendly staff, explained everything about the bike and set up in store to my preferences , even got a coffee while we were going through things , very happy customer Thankyou Phil for answering all my questions before I bought it and Claire for the handover of bike , great staff!!

Superb after sales / technical / workshop service: Always incredibly helpful, efficient and courteous. Always able to get the bike in promptly (but remember they are closed Mondays). So pleased with my Trek electric bike purchase and with all the support from the Trek branch in Bath. Great great service. Thank you.

Excellent service from Hayden and the rest of the team. Took my bike in for servicing and the whole experience was great. The store communicates well and is open to answer questions (I'm fairly new to cycling).
