We have had the pleasure of having Jonathan help with our garden over the past 6 months or so. Since the very beginning, we’ve been really impressed by his professionalism, work ethic and quality. We would recommend him to anyone looking for general garden maintenance work. He is also a great guy to have around.

I have a really large garden and needed someone to bring some magic back to it. i had jay come and take a look and he spoke me through his ideas. he ended up transforming my gardening into a beautiful sapce and regularly visits to keep it looking great. i would highly recommend jay and his team and now ouldnt go anywhere else for all my gardening/ landscaping needs.

I contacted Jonathan after finding him on Facebook in June 2020 after reading so many good reviews about him and seeing photos of his work. We conversed through WhatsApp and I explained that we did not live in Buckinghamshire and due to the lockdown were unable to come over to maintain the garden of a property we were clearing after a family death. I sent him pictures of the garden, which was looking pretty wild by this stage, and asked him if he could let me know what he could do to improve it. He came round for a look and I asked him to do what he thought was appropriate for the shrubs and to the lawn. He spent the summer coming back and forth taking time to get the lawn back to a sensible height so it wouldn't be scorched by the heat, as well as gradually pruning the shrubs and hedges back to give them a chance to recover. He also went to the back of the garden, which has been overgrown for nearly two decades. He cleared the whole thing, to the point where my partner said he had not seen the back fence in almost twenty years! We trusted him to make decisions based on his professional judgement, and he didn't disappoint. He even messaged me with things I hadn't noticed that really made the difference. For example, he removed all of the ivy off the side of the building. It looked so much better afterwards! After getting silly quotes from other waste disposal companies who saw the 'SOLD' sign outside the property and were charging a fortune, Jonathan took it upon himself to clear the waste and charged us a very fair price for it. He kept us in the loop with pictures and regular contact via WhatsApp, since we were not often at the house. The next door neighbours were very impressed and commented on what a hard worker he was, and what long hours he worked without stopping. We were nothing but impressed at what a nice, professional man Jonathan is and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Missenden area. We honestly credit him as being one of the greatest reasons the property sold so quickly, as the garden went from looking like an unloved jungle to a country cottage garden with great potential. Thank you again Jonathan for your hard work; it was a pleasure doing business with you and we wish you all the best in 2021.

We regularly use JSG both at home and for our local church. Always does a very professional job and comes when he says he will. Very tidy worker and reasonably priced. No hesitation in recommending.

Jonathan helped us with some tree and hedge trimming. He dig a great job and manages to blend practical with artistic work. The trees look natural but are tidy and a much more manageable size.

Jonathon spent a day cutting back and tidying our front garden. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail. He had a good eye for shape and style and worked hard and diligently to leave the garden neater than it has looked in several years. He removed all rubbish and the price was fair. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services and have indeed already done so.

JSJ Gardening have transformed a weed covered tangled mess into a tidy and interesting area. The mulch they suggested seems to be stopping weeds from returning too. Hard working and professional service. I’m very pleased.
