Quite disappointed by the staff’s behaviour yesterday when we stood in the shop for ca. 20 min and none of them bothered to acknowledge us / ask us to wait while they finished with their clients. Not what you’d expect from a formal wear shop where one would spend upwards of £2000.We were excited about purchasing a morning suit from them but had to walk out after this experience.Ended up purchasing a bespoke suit from Neil and Palmer instead - super happy.

I bought a waistcoat for my wedding here, the shop is lovely and service was great. Excellent selection and quality, I love the double-breasted shawl collar style.

Fantastic customer service, and a stunning collection of items.Julian asssited myself and my soon to be father in law with the items in the store and took the time to explain to me how the items for morning dress are traditionally and correctly worn.We visited several other stores, and not only were the garments far superior the customer service could not be matched!We have happily purchased morning jackets, trousers and waistcoats for my wedding having had such a wonderful experience in store. I have also subsequently returned for an evening jacket, dress trousers and shirt as I now wouldn’t go anywhere else for my formal wear!Thank you,Tom

Went here to get my wedding garb - Julian was excellent and helped me get the perfect suit for the big day.There was a small repair needed to the suit, when it arrived - which they organised and turned around extremely fast, including shipping it to the channel islands.Have since bought another jacket from here and am delighted with everything. 100% recommend this shop for wedding or occasion wear

I feel incredibly let down by Favourbrooks.I visited the shop after a glowing report from my Father after he purchased a new morning suit for my wedding. So, I decided to take the plunge and get my own from here too. The shop is immaculately decorated/presented and the staff were incredibly friendly from the get-go. However, after returning back to pick up my new morning suit for my wedding, half of the alterations had not been completed. Another, very attentive, staff member took the time to pin my suit to prepare to send it back to the workshop. Because I had travelled from outside of London to collect my suit and these alterations had been omitted, Favourbrooks kindly agreed to ship my suit to me once completed. When I received my suit, albeit fairly quickly, it was packaged in a box without a suit bag. Perhaps nitpicking, but I thought this was below the expectations after spending close to £2k on a suit. Notwithstanding further omissions of the alterations we’d agreed. I organised the 2nd alterations with a local tailor which was thankfully sorted before my wedding day. As a side note, one of the back buttons on morning coat dropped off on the morning on the wedding which was thankfully rectified by one of my ushers.After emailing the manager, Julian, about my experience and explaining how disappointed I was, he apologised and offered a tie from their selection as compensation. After responding to his email I did not receive any correspondence. I then emailed their generic customer support email, thinking that he had perhaps left the company, but again have not received any reply.I apologise for the essay but I wanted to portray my full experience with this company.My take home points would be:- The suits are of incredible quality- I have had two omission of the alterations of my morning suit- After speaking to the team after my experience, they agreed it was below the standard they set for themselves and offered some form of compensation. But then have not responded any further.I appreciate things go wrong from time to time for any company. But it is how you deal with these situations. When you go to a shop like Favourbrooks you are seeking a luxurious item of clothing with great service. And I truly feel that I have been lead down a path of false promises with this company.Fantastic quality suits but I’m incredibly disappointed in the service, especially at this price point.-

Absolutely fantastic!!After trapsing up and down Jermyn street looking for a morning suit waistcoat I was recommended this fantastic place.Vast selection of colours and materials there is so much choice you will find what you are looking for!! I was searching for a blue wool double breasted waistcoat for my wedding which seemed impossible after hitting the popular destinations on Jermyn Street with no luck. After 15 minutes in this fantastic little shop I walked out with the perfect waistcoat!!Cannot recommend highly enough!!

What would I have done without you? Thank you very much for all your help and advice when , at the last minute, I needed something wonderful to wear to my son’s wedding. Your staff are absolutely amazing, patient and literally (in my case) miracle workers.

I have never experienced better customer service than here at Favourbrook. Both Agata in the waistcoat shop and Julian on Pall Mall were a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend them or the brand highly enough.Ollie

The staff are very professional, they have always been friendly and approachable. Sometimes you see such a grand menswear shop and it is intimidating to even go in. I have never felt that I should be made to feel lesser of a man as I was just going in there to check out their beautifully designed waistcoats, smoking jackets, ties, braces, bow ties, velvet slippers, morning coats and generally British dandy clothing. I already have a fine collection of waistcoats and accessories from them. I will post some photos as they are not some primani brand they pride themselves in their details and British design. It is worth the money and an investment. Every chap should have something in their Wardrobe from favourbrook.
