I have a friend who lives here. Beautiful Supported Living Scheme that's been developed from a well-loved local Historical Building.Very handy for Prescot Town Centre and good for local bus services

My review reflects the way the watchfactory has changed during the last few months. There has apparently been a change in the way it operates site managers have left and bot been replaced and hardly ever anyone on the front reception which for a care support facility is abysmal. I live at foundry wharf in st helens which is a similar type setting run vy torus and the running of foundry wharf is exceptional compared to Livv housing and the watchfactory. My mum lives in the watchfactory, shes 83 and in poor health, shes insulin dependent and has past history of hypoglyceamic episodes, shes recently been on antibiotics and has not felt well. I ring every morning tp check her insulin has been done. On tuesday 31st august i could not get through to her, so in the interest of safety i contacted the carers who are on site and employed by community intergrated care, this fella called keith answered. I asked nicely if he could just pop his head in to check on mum to make sure she hadnt fell or anything more serious had happened. Anyway he made such a fuss on the phone saying no and how busy he was and was going to another flat that there was no way he could spare 2 minutes of his time to check that someone was not lying on the floor dieing of hypothermia. He was shocking, to a point were i wonder how someone could employ such a person. My background is nursing within the NHS and i would never of just said no thinking that someone may be in a more serious condition. I have since made a complaint about this carer keith to his employers and also to LIVV housing who run the watchfactory. This is my review based on poor running and care in the watchfactory, prescot.

Great food fantastic prices I was introduced to the watch factory by a friend and I have never been disappointed although it belongs to a housing association and has residential accommodation attached it is open to the public they also have a hairdresser and aromatherapist whom you can make appointments with its great

Excellent development with fabulous facilities. Staff and residents are very friendly. They have a Bistro inside and the soup of the day is devine there is also a fantastic Hairdressers inside both are open to the public too they hold events here when I went in a few days ago there was a Live Band on in the bistro. Pop in and have a look around it's a hidden gem

Excellent service and food is excellent too. Very reasonable prices.

Glad the last people who ran the bistro have gone.the new people who are running it now are fantastic.food and prices are great. the last people who ran it priced themselfs out even though there food was ok.
