Got a number of quotes to replace our 38 year + Ideal boiler. The most professional approach was from Heat Glow and their quote was competitive.Installation was efficient and completed in one day - the problems that later developed were all associated with the ancient central heating pipework - air locks, faulty and/or missing valves - HeatGlow sorted them all, quickly and with no fuss. Excellent all round service.

The guys at Heatglow are brilliant, installed a new Bosch boiler which has been faultless and came out and helped fixed issues with my radiators. Always helpful, fast, and efficient!

Tom has carried out two different pieces of work for me (sorting out a blockage and fitting and testing radiators) and I have been impressed by both. He turned up on time and was available at the time that I needed him. The house was left spotless after the visit and the standard of work has been very high

Incredibly friendly and excellent service providing me with a Landlords certificate and boiler service. I will 100% be using Heatglow again in future and will defnitly recommend them to friends and family. These guys are punctual, reliable and trustworthy! 5+ star review!!!

Very pleased with boiler installation and advice. From now on I will keep Heatglow in my contacts list as my annual service provider. It's difficult to get honest, clean and professional tradesmen these days and this company a gem.

Was staying in Cardiff on Holiday staying at friend house when I had a burst pipe and didn't know who to call. I saw a van parked outside marked HeatGlow and asked for help. Even though they were obviously busy, they took the time to repair the leak. Thanks Tom and team!

Recently had a new boiler installed by Tom and Gareth and I have to say that they was very friendly and very helpful when it comes to choosing make and model of boiler. Not being a plumber I was a bit baffled as what boiler I required but Tom pointed out which boiler suited my needs.Very pleased with all round service provided and price. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
