Bupa Dental Care Wessington

Excellent service, best dentist in the north east hands down.You are made to feel at ease straight as you walk in the door, the waiting room is comfortable and spacious and the reception staff are always really helpful and quick.Dentist wise- the two I have seen are excellent, both knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything to me thoroughly. I have never felt more confident about trusting someone with my teeth.Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. You can get an appointment quickly and easily.

Everyone here at Sunderland Bupa are so warm and welcoming. I was such a nervous patient when I first came to Bupa and Lucy and Chris were my saviour! They made me feel calm, comfortable and they really show that they care. I will never go anywhere else.Thank you guys! Such a great caring team. Thank you Maxine for all of my lovely polishes!

Fantastic practice with lovely, friendly staff. I have all my dental appointments with Dan and hygenist Kay. Both are always very professional, caring and thorough, providing first class treatment with everything explained throughout the appointment. They both have friendly, calm manner which can put even the most nervous patient at ease. The practise is modern with all state of the treatments, and I can't fault it!

First appointment with our new dentist Danny. Staff are so welcoming when we came in, especially Lucy at the reception. She was great with the kids and helping to keep them entertained so thanks so much! Joanna was polite and friendly when taking our details. Danny was great with our son who is 5 and he was so comfortable getting his teeth looked at.

I cannot recommend Wessington Way highly enough. I have been a patient for many years now and always receive the best care possible from my dentist Chris and my hygienist Maxine. Recently when I had toothache and was in a lot of pain I was seen the same day and everything was sorted out. Chris even stayed late to help me, and I was so grateful to be out of pain, with follow-up treatment also given quickly. Even the thought of having root canal treatment was not a problem as I was reassured and put at ease throughout. If anyone is looking for a private dentist I would advise you to choose Wessington Way.

Had an initial consultation and a follow up appointment here and I can’t fault the efficiency and care I’ve received. Staff have been really friendly and accommodating. The dentist I spoke with took time to explain things to me and explained the next steps really well with regards to the treatment plan I was going to follow. Cannot thank the staff at the Wessington branch enough. I am a brand new patient here at this dentist and I went to the branch for a new patient exam a couple of days ago. I was first greeted by Lucy at reception and also stood with her was one of the dental nurses Hannah, the girls were amazing they immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome and we all had a laugh while I was waiting for my appointment, just what I love when I go to new places I felt so relaxed. I had my appointment with Daniel and his dental nurse Dawn and I can honestly say it is the first time I have ever felt comfortable at the dentist, in the past I have never had good experiences and Dawn and Daniel were so welcoming and made me feel like they really cared. I now recommend the dentist to everyone I know and cannot thank them all enough! For once I actually look forward to going to the dentist, thanks team Wessington :)

Daniel is lovely and puts you at ease when you walk through the door. He has worked really hard to get rid of an infection in my front tooth.Multiple visits and emergency appointments over several months, nothings been too much trouble. Although things have not gone to plan and in the end we couldn’t save the tooth, Daniel had solutions and I feel like I’m finally sorted.He talks you through what’s going to happen on each visit and checks you’re happy with what’s been done.I’ve found the procedures here are less painful and simpler due to the modern equipment they use.Really good dentist would recommend.
