Amazing staff, always do a great job of my brows and are so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend - especially Devinder & Miriam!!

Overall I'm really disappointed and feel completely deceived. I had explicitly asked for a brow tint on the phone and again said I wanted a brow tint when I arrived. I explained I had never had my eyebrows done before so perhaps the lady used my lack of experience to her advantage. I even included on the form she asked me to fill out and declare i have no allergies, that I am receiving a brow tint service. She threaded my brows and led me to believe that she was doing some kind of guideline with an eyebrow pencil before confirming how she would tint. Only then, I was told she wasn't doing a tint as I need a 24hr patch test first which she knew I hadn't had. Never once did she ask me on the phone if i had this done, she just proceeded and then charged me even more than what a tint would have cost. Such a dishonest lady, I won't be going back again, and I'll be sure to not recommend the place. Dishonesty and deceit have got to be some of the worst traits in people, and never once did she even try to apologise for the miscommunication, she had no shame to ask me to pay for an even more expensive service. Very disappointing.

Awww Miriam was so good and so knowledgeable! It's my first time getting my Eyebrows threaded by her and I'll definitely be back! Approachable and answered all my questions well and my Eyebrows look absolutely incredible! Thanks Miriam! ❤️

Davinder's skill is exceptional, she is very consistent and conscious about customers' needs. She has been my therapist for 6 years now, I wouldn't change her for anyone.

Threading and tinting done by Davinda who was knowledgable and informative. Great brows and pleased. The only thing I disliked was the awful stressful tinny music within Harvey Nichols,Leeds!!

My 1st appointment with Devinder, having been recommended by a friend & 1st experience of threading & I’m really pleased with the results. She put me at ease, was patient & gentle. She explained what she was going to do at each step which helped my nerves! She was friendly but professional & took the time to find me the most economical package on offer. I’m so happy I took my friends recommendation & have booked another appointment with Devinder.

Have been coming back to Devinder for over a year now. She is THE BEST IN LEEDS. Always so friendly and happy to see you....but of course the main reason I go back is shes just SO DAMN GOOD! Very happy with my threading, eyebrow and lash tint. The last time I had the same I went out afterwards and not one BUT TWO people commented on my amazing brows asking me if I'd had them micro bladed. Great job Devinder, thank you as always! Suzie x

Davinder is the best eyebrow technician! I commented today that looked like I'd had a face lift when she's done my brows. She's a magician and lovely person too!I've had my brows done by multiple people in lots of places, paying a little or sometimes a lot... Davinder is the best!

It was my first time getting my eyebrows shaped and I’m so glad that I trusted Devinder because she has done an amazing job keeping it as natural as possible for me. Overall great experience highly recommend!
