I rang at 5.15 to order flowers for my friend, she had just come out of hospital and I wanted them to be delivered asap. The lovely lady delivered the most gorgeous arrangement that same evening and 9 days on, they're still looking fresh and beautiful. Thank you xx

so so amazedi can in the first time not really knowing what i wanted and i ended up saying a colour range and a few flower names, left with full trust in the lady and when i received my bouquet i was absolutely stunned it was completely beyond my standards and it was just so beautifuljust ordered another one and definitely very excited to see it!

Used flower time for a funeral and they couldn’t have been better. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to complete lots of different orders at once, all delivered on time and looking stunning. The centrepiece spray was breathtaking. Made a very difficult time much easier - would absolutely recommend!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary and 4 days later some of the flowers started to wilt. I buy flowers regularly so we know which rooms of the house to place them and how to look after them. Room was cool and we regularly checked the water. I took photos and emailed the shop but no reply.I rung on several occasions and was told that the owner would be in touch. Yet again no reply. This is the part that I find very disappointing. Lack of customer service. I spent good money on those flowers so the decent thing would have been to reply to me. I will not be going here again!

Did my wife a brilliant bunch of flowers. Very helpful and delivery was spot on. Recommended
