Drivalia Car Hire Leeds Bradford Airport

After my car broke down & was recovered to a garage I needed a replacement so I walked into Drivalia and in 20 minutes they'd sorted me out with a great deal, fully insured and a car (upgraded) that was perfect for my needs. Brilliant customer service from Florin, Cosmin and Robert. I can't recommend them enough!

Great guys,very helpful. And their cars are very new and well maintained. Had a tyre light come up on the dash and the guy there called Cosmin immediately swooped the car for an upgrade.

I hire a car from the company about 3 or 4 times a year. The team working there have always been very friendly and extremely helpful towards me. Any issues that have arisen have been taken care of swiftly and professionally. It is my go to for any vehicle rentals. Thank you for all you do.

I cannot thank Flo enough for his help! Due to my own car being in a garage, I needed a car on the spot and this man and his team delivered. Everything was explained in an easy, understandable and professional manner. Staff were friendly, the car was absolutely spotless and a dream to drive. I ideally needed a large van at short notice, tried other companies and was told they had no large vans available. Spoke with a call handler at Drivalia who was friendly and professional, he didn't have any large vans available but gave me the inner dimensions of a van that was available, after double checking it would just meet my requirements. Confirmed the booking and received an email back straight away. Went the next day to get the van, staff were polite and friendly despite the awful weather. A thorough inspection check of the few dints and stone chips on the van was done and I was on my way. Being able to return the van after 7pm on a Saturday, meant I could get a full day of use from it, Good company will use again.

Over time, I rented various cars from various companies in different European countries, but here I had the best experience.I rented the car quickly, on their website, where I received support from them, in real time.I thank Mr. Florin from the bottom of my heart, who showed deep professionalism, caring for customers, being very kind and friendly to pick us up and take us back to the airport, to answer all our questions clearly and in detail, and even to recommend us places which are worth visiting during the week we were there. I'm glad to see that there are still such good and dedicated people like him.Besides that, this office location offers a wide range of new cars, for all budgets, for which various extra insurances can be made (even tires + windshield), so you don't have to worry about much (the better insurance you choose, the less you will pay as a deposit). AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUEWe had to hire a car for 3 days, we found a deal online for £89, car hire was £64 and the insurance we paid was £25, we thought this was great with all the other reputable car hire places being £250-£300, so my wife booked it and I paid for it.When we came to collect the car, the Eastern European sounding service agent on the desk, who was very obtuse and spoke very poor English, asked how we were going to pay the £1500 deposit, we had not been told nor was it clearly stated there would be this deposit, he then told us it was clearly stated

I hired from Drivalia at Leeds airport two weeks ago and it was my first time using this company, my usual is Avis however I'd left my driving licence at home and Avis refused to accept a DVLA licence check code so I went to Drivalia instead. From the off and booking online with a very helpful and friendly lady named Karen, to taking the car back after the hire, they couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or efficient. Drivalia have a super simple and extremely effective pick up system at the airport. A simple call as you come out of arrivals and in less than a 5 minute wait I was picked up straight outside of the airport, taken on a 2 minute drive to the depot where I was dealt with quickly, efficiently and the car brought to me, checked over and I was on my way. I have hired a lot over the years and this is by far the most efficient service I've ever had. Nothing was a problem at all, they are very professional and I had exactly the same service when I took the car back. I was met by a member of staff who promptly checked the car and then dropped me at the door of the airport and despite the depot being off the airport it was actually quicker than getting to the car hire which is on the airport site. Don't let the fact that they aren't on site put you off. I was very impressed with the staff, the car, the service and I am pleased to be able to say that I can't recommend this company for car hire at Leeds airport enough and I will definitely be using them again!

Great experience. Booked online for a very reasonable price compared to all other companies. Car was in great co condition and had no problems with it. Drop off was easy and took1m. They even drove us to the airport to catch the the bus to leeds.

Excellent service and very convenient only 5 mins from the airport. Flo picked me up in a car and I was checked in very quickly with keys to a brand new Fiat 500 Hybrid. I turned left out the exit and was straight on the road to the Yorkshire Dales. I have used Easi Rent now Drivalia for many year. If you take out insurance and are prepared to pay the security deposit it is fantastic value for money. It couldn't have been easier.
