Dare U Body Piercing

The lady piercing me was so lovely and i went in for a septum which i've wanted for a while but was scared to get and she was very professional and did it quickly but didn't talk about the process too much so i didn't expect the needle (the best way to do it) and let me go to an atm to get cash to pay. I was worried about how my piercing looked but she reassured me and I've now realised that it is perfect and the placement is great.

I got my belly button piercing done here in early august and had many complications, I was recommended the wrong cleaner and my piercing itself was done very badly I was pierced through my stomach tissue instead of the correct tissue which has resulted me being in a lot of pain down the line and also infections, which has resulted in me having to take out my piercing, and may result in scar tissue meaning I can’t get it pierced again in the future. When I went in to talk about the complications the piercer got very defensive saying she had done nothing wrong and was incredibly rude and disrespectful, I will never be going back.

went in for a stopper replacement and got one straight away for a good price, very friendly people here!

Customer service was excellent and staff were very approachable and chatty however piercing knowledge and safety was lacking - I have 10 other piercings so I am fairly clued up with what is healthy, effective practice. Firstly, I was offered to be pierced with a gun on cartilage (which is very uncommon and much less sterile practice) and there were options to be pierced with rings (which increase risk of swelling, migration and infection in new piercings). I was then advised that I could change it after a couple of weeks if you can wait that long" when helix jewellery shouldn't really be changed for months as it can lead to infection. The studio was basic and not particularly private or tidy/clean and they did not have the correct change or take card (with no prior warning) which felt unprofessional. My piercing has not stopped bleeding and I was pierced 4 hours ago when neither of my previous helix piercings bled at all."

Went to this piercing shop last August and got my helix pierced.the didn’t use a clamp or check my ID and asked if i wanted it done with a gun ( as it’s cartilage i asked for a needle) I followed all of the aftercare instructions however the piercing still became infected and was in so much pain.It’s now just over a year later i’ve started a new college course where i have to take the piercing out so went to a different piercing shop to get some more jewellery and to get it changed.this is where i have been told that me ear has been butchered and that it’s been pierced on an angle and they struggled to get it back in. i’ve now had to take it out after all of the pain.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been going here for haircuts for 6 ish years and have had six ear piercings done here (including two cartilage, done with a needle). Everyone is lovely, not judgemental or gossipy at all, especially as I first went here as a student. Always been good value for money, and I've been able to get an appointment quickly. Plus, if I've been unsure about a piercing I've been able to pop back and ask questions. I'd definitely recommend them.
