Extremely rude staff who want to avoid cleaning cars.This place needs a supervisor if it wants to make any money!Owner,please don't send me your generic reply to email you.I'm not interested!!

Took my car in to be cleaned with a voucher this morning. The woman became very aggressive and started taking photos of my car, which may have included my young son and number plate. I didn’t have it cleaned and reported the incident to the police.

Had the gold car wash this morning. Got home to check the boot space and they've barely touched it. It's so obvious they haven't cleaned it it's embarrassing. Avoid this place is my advice.Edit: Did receive an initial email from Toby asking for more details, stating I would receive an emailed voucher. I supplied all of the details but no response, similar experience to others on here.

I have never in my life been to a car wash where water wasn't actually used. Firstly I was told the basic package of £10 was no longer available and had to go for the next one up which was £20. I had no problem with it, so I went for it as I thought I was getting more, oh boy, was I wrong.Unfortunately as it's quite dark inside the carpark it's quite hard to inspect the work done, and it wasn't until I parked at the marina that I realised the abysmal service I had just received. I can absolutely, with 100% certainty, confirm the car was just wiped down and waxed, with a large amount of the wax product still left on the car which I had to wipe off myself with my meguair products conveniently stored in my boot. The car skirts were still full of dust and mud, you can see the attempt to wipe it off hasn't gone down well, inside the doors was as I left no it, the car wheels and rims were still very dirty and leaves were still hanging around the bonnet and windshields, all 9f my windows were not properly polished, I pretty much spent 30 minutes at asda marina carpark in the sun fixing it myself. These are standard service in any £9 car wash.I have never felt so stupid spending £20 in my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like a plague. If you think it's convenient to get your car washed while you're shopping, it absolutely isn't with this company and you will lament your decision as I have mine. You have been warned.I have gone through their responses and they default to the usual we have washed over 100000 cars and out customers have all been happy". By what metrics? Most people would have left without a proper inspection as it's quite dark in there

Paid extra for the silver service, and this was absolutely the worst car wash id ever seen. I was told if I didn’t pay extra, the car would be just sprayed with water, so I had to pay extra for the silver service (which I did). The silver option was horrific - most of the car is still utterly filthy, with the dirt just rubbed around scratching the paintwork. The roof hasn’t been touched, and the black wheels are worse than when it went in. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Absolutely appalling! Paid £34.95 and all around the bottom of the car is still dirty. Couldn’t see it whilst in the car park due to bad lighting, only noticed when I got back home in daylight. Avoid!!!!!

Paid £40 inc a tip as from a distance the outside looked clean but inside has hardly been cleaned! Filthy rubber mats still which take 2 mins to clean and make brand new but have clearly been missed,small amounts of rubbish left in doors instead of putting in the bin ! Such a shame as it’s convenient when you go into the mall but will NEVER use again ! Avoid at all costs and go somewhere outside in the natural light

UPDATE 2 - they say they have sent multiple emails about this and I need to check my spam folder. This is a complete lie. I did eventually getan email from Toby" asking for more details which I provided. Since then I have had no further response. They clearly do not care about putting right the terrible service they provided. My photos speak for themselves and I am glad they are influencing people not to use these charlatans.-----UPDATE: Despite their response below that I would be contacted directly by the business owner to put things right

Absolutely disgusting! Similar to the review before this, they wouldn’t do the bronze service and said it was wash & wax only because they didn’t have time… I said well surely just a wash would then be quicker?!?!?!The women got a bit angry and said you can park but we won’t clean.Anyway I returned to my car hours later and they had thrown some kind of glue or grease over my boot. I questioned the lady and she tried to just ignore me, so I got my phone and began taking photos to which she became extremely aggressive. My two young children were very scared but she carried on shouting at me in her half broken English that I cannot take photos.Reported to police and awaiting to hear.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
