Very welcoming staff who are willing to spend time with the customer to discover their needs, and provide best advice. Had a fitting with Poppy and very patiently reviewed lots of different options to find best fit for my game. Exceptional service which I'm sure I will re-visit in the future. Highest recommendation to anyone reading for the Chester branch. Staff are amongst the friendliest I have ever experienced. Thank you so very much for all the help and advice I received.

Bought a pair of Nike shoes, trousers & a top. The two female sales staff were very helpful and informative. It makes a change to get such good service from a national retailer. I would definitely shop there again. P.S. sales lady I hope I don't need my waterproof gloves in Ireland next week!

Excellent experience at AG Chester.The fitting was very thorough and plenty of time was given to warm up. Lots and lots of variety, knowledgeable staff.The stickers on the club and hitting off the board for lie angle etc. was great.I'm really happy with the clubs I've been fitted for, itching for them to arrive.For a FREE fitting, absolutely great experience.

Purchased a new driver today. Alex guided me through, spent plenty of time focused on making sure it was the right one for me. Lots of focus on analysis of swing to get the best setting for my needs, not just about making a sale. Genuinely very pleased I came to American golf today.

Sales guy was very patient and knowledgeable. I was in the shop for over an hour and tried out several 3 woods with tracman. A very enjoyable experience and got a few tips along the way!

Went for a fitting this morning, my husband had one too. He was delighted with the results and ordered a new driver. However, they couldn't help me. I left feeling totally useless. Would advise women high handicappers to avoid.

Rina and the team are very knowledgeable and went well out of their way to call others stores to supply me with a new putter which had limited stock due to popularity.My only criticism is the stickers used which is a brand standard on golf club shafts, they are annoyingly difficult to remove the sticky residue, however the service in store easily allows a 5-star review.

Great customer service from Callum yesterday on a driver fitting. You can expect to be dealt with fairly and solutions designed with your best interests in mind. Highly recommended. Have previously purchased Wilson D9 irons here and been highly satisfied.
